Coffee-Caramel Nut Tart

  1. Stir cream and coffee granules in large microwaveable bowl until well blended.
  2. Add caramels; stir gently to coat.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min.
  4. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each min.
  5. Stir in pecans and cinnamon.
  6. Spread caramel mixture evenly into pie crust.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  8. Cut into 8 slices to serve.
  9. Drizzle tart slices and/or serving plates with the melted chocolate.
