Beef Stroganoff In Crock Pot Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Beef for stew
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 1/2 c. Beef bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 sm Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 8 ounce Sliced mushrooms
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. Warm cooked noodles, (up to 4)
- Dredge beef in flour and salt.
- Heat butter or possibly margarine in large skillet and add in beef and onion.
- Cook over medium heat till browned.
- Place beef bouillon, ketchup, garlic and mushrooms in crock pot and mix.
- Add in cooked beef and onions.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hrs.
- Add in lowfat sour cream, cover and cook for 30-45 min (don't let mix boil).
- Serve over warm cooked noodles.
