Beef With Bow Tie Pasta Recipe

  1. Pour warm water over dry tomatoes in a small bowl and let sit about 15 min.
  2. Drain and chop; set aside.
  3. Trim all fat from beef.
  4. Cut beef into 2 inch strips, and then cut strips into 1/8 inch slivers.
  5. Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; heat over medium heat.
  6. Cook asparagus and onions in skillet, with one c. of beef broth till liquid has evaporated, about 6 min; remove from skillet.
  7. Add in beef slivers to skillet and cook about 2 min or possibly till done.
  8. Return asparagus mix to skillet and stir in remaining broth and all remaining ingredients except cheese.
  9. Heat through, stirring constantly.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
