Jack's Veggie Burger

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash lentils until smooth.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Form into burgers.
  5. Brush the burgers with olive oil and grill for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite condiments.
