Cranberry Bars
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven 350F.
- Mix first 5 ingredients and set aside.
- Beat butter and sugar in larger bowl until creamy.
- Add eggs, flour mixture, chocolate chips, cranberries, and walnuts and blend well.
- Spread in lightly greased 12x9 pan.
- Bake for 28 to 32 minutes.
