Buffalo Dip
- 2 cans (5 Oz. Can) Chicken In Water, Drained
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Blue Cheese Or Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
- 2 blocks (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- Mix all ingredients together and put into an 8x8 glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with celery or crackers (our family likes Wheat Thins or Triscut Thin Crisps the best).
- More or less buffalo sauce can be used depending on how much spice you can handle.
- Note: I recommend Texas Pete Sauce for this dip but Ive also tried it with a few of the sauces from Buffalo Wild Wings (medium, spicy garlic and hot).
- The only difference is that since these are thicker sauces, so I add 1/4 cup of water to thin them out.
