Healthy Mu Shu

  1. In a small bowl combine hoisin and 1 Tb water.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and saute cabbage, sprouts and mushrooms for 5 7 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken and sauce and cook minutes more.
