Cream Cheese Fudge

  1. Beat cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and salt with electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
  2. Beat in cocoa.
  3. Beat in powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until smooth.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Press firmly into an ungreased square pan (8x8x2).
  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
  7. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
