Spicy Green Chutney

  1. Heat 2 tbsp (30 ml) oil in a pan and add garlic to it.
  2. Fry till slightly golden.
  3. Add green chillies till they are slightly crisp.
  4. In a mixer, grind the ingredients till a smooth paste is formed.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil and add black sesame seeds.
  6. When the sesame seeds sputter, pour the oil over chutmey mixture.
  7. Serve with snacks or food.
