Chicken Enchilada Casserole
- 4 or 5 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 2 c. sharp grated cheese
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 box 18 taco shells, broken up
- chopped small onion
- chow mein noodles
- cooked rice
- bite-sized cooked chicken
- cream of chicken soup, diluted with pineapple juice (serve hot)
- diced tomatoes
- diced celery
- chopped green onions
- shredded Swiss cheese
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- more cream of chicken soup
- Mandarin oranges
- crushed pineapple
- coconut
- chopped cashews
- Fun to do with a large group.
- Each person can bring an ingredient.
