Maple-Pecan Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Whisk first 7 ingredients in medium bowl to blend.
  3. Place unbaked crust on baking sheet.
  4. Spread nuts over crust.
  5. Pour filling over.
  6. Bake until filling is set and slightly puffed, about 1 hour.
  7. Transfer pie to rack and cool completely.
