Sweet And Sour Partridge

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat partridge with flour mixture. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add partridge pieces and "stir-fry" just until pinkness is gone, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in sweet and sour sauce.
  5. Serve with rice.
