Crunch Bars

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Cook butter and sugar in saucepan on medium-high heat 5 min.
  3. or until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  4. Bring to boil; cook 3 min.
  5. without stirring.
  6. Meanwhile, arrange crackers in single layer in foil-lined 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan.
  7. Spread sugar mixture onto crackers.
  8. Bake 7 min.
  9. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate.
  10. Let stand 5 min.
  11. or until chocolate is melted; spread to cover crackers.
  12. Top with nuts; cool completely.
  13. Break into pieces.
