Spicy Cheese and Chicken Dip
- 2 (8 ounce) packagesof room temperature cream cheese
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained
- 4 cups of shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
- 3 -4 tablespoons texas pete hot sauce
- In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, drained chicken and 2 cups of the shredded colby jack until it's all pretty well incorporated.
- Add the hot sauce to your taste.
- Spread it into a 9 x 13 casserole dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with corn and tortilla chips.
