Easy Barbecued Individual Meat Loaves

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Smoosh together with hands.
  3. Form into 8 3-inch balls.
  4. Put in square glass baking dish.
  5. Microwave for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap loosely.
  7. Pour off liquid.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
