Pie Roll

  1. Prepare dough by mixing all required ingredients.
  2. Cover it set aside.
  3. Put the minced beef on heat.
  4. Once the water present in the beef is dried completely add finely chopped onion and green chillies.
  5. Saute it for few mins.
  6. Further add ginger-garlic paste along with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cook it for further few more mins.
  8. Once the filling is ready remove from heat and garnish it with finely chopped parsley.
  9. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions.
  10. Roll the balls into flat bread.
  11. Now place the filling on one end of the flattened dough and gently roll it.
  12. As you reach half way cut long strips on the remaining portion of the dough.
  13. Take one strip at a time and roll it around your pie.
  14. Keep doing likewise.
  15. Bake it in pre heated oven for around 20 mins.
  16. Remove the pie and brush it with lightly beaten egg.
  17. Bake further for 10-15 mins depending upon your oven.
  18. Once the pie turns golden brown switch off the oven.
  19. Let the pie set for 5 more mins.
  20. Serve it with your favourite sauce.
