Pie Roll
- 2 tbsp Oilve Oil
- 2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Salt
- 1 Water
- 250 gms Minced Beef
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp Paparika pwd
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Pwd
- 1/4 tsp Cummin pwd
- 1 Salt
- 1 Parsley
- Prepare dough by mixing all required ingredients.
- Cover it set aside.
- Put the minced beef on heat.
- Once the water present in the beef is dried completely add finely chopped onion and green chillies.
- Saute it for few mins.
- Further add ginger-garlic paste along with the remaining ingredients.
- Cook it for further few more mins.
- Once the filling is ready remove from heat and garnish it with finely chopped parsley.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal portions.
- Roll the balls into flat bread.
- Now place the filling on one end of the flattened dough and gently roll it.
- As you reach half way cut long strips on the remaining portion of the dough.
- Take one strip at a time and roll it around your pie.
- Keep doing likewise.
- Bake it in pre heated oven for around 20 mins.
- Remove the pie and brush it with lightly beaten egg.
- Bake further for 10-15 mins depending upon your oven.
- Once the pie turns golden brown switch off the oven.
- Let the pie set for 5 more mins.
- Serve it with your favourite sauce.
