Bean And Roasted Red Pepper Dip Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in onion; saute/fry 4 min or possibly till tender.
  3. Add in basil and beans; cook over low heat 5 min, stirring frequently.
  4. Partially mash beans.
  5. Stir in bell pepper.
  6. Yield:10-2-1/2 c. servings (serving size: 1/4 c.).
  7. Serving Ideas : Serve with Pita Chips.
