Cheesy Vidalia Onion Dip
- 3 cups Vidalia Or Sweet Onion (diced)
- 1- 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded
- 1- 1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese (shredded Or Grated)
- 2 cups Mayonnaise, Light
- 1 cup Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, Grated
- For Serving: Sliced And Toasted French Baguette Or Crackers
- Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium mixing bowl combine the onions, shredded Swiss cheese, shredded/grated Gruyere cheese and mayonnaise.
- Stir together well.
- Then place in a 9x9 or similar size baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of combined ingredients.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 F. Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes.
- Serve with sliced and toasted French baguette or crackers.
