Amish Orange Fluff Dessert

• 1 ounce unflavored gelatin
• 14 cup cold water
• 12 cup boiling water
• 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
• 2 large egg whites
• 1 cup fresh orange slice

1. mix gelatin in cold water.add boiling water and stir until dissolved --
2. add undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate -- stir and chill until thickeneed.
3. beat egg whites at high speed until frothy and fold into mixture --
4. beat mixture until frothy --
5. decorate with orange slices to serve.
