Creamed Spinach

  1. Melt margarine in a large frying pan.
  2. Add spinach and cook about 3 minutes.
  3. Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, soup mix, and bacon pieces.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Simmer until cheese is melted.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
