Vegetable Gelatin Salad Recipe
- 2 (6 ounce.) Packages lemon Jello
- 2 (6 ounce.) Packages lime Jello
- 2 quarts. boiling water
- 2 quarts. cool water
- 2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 pound carrots, shredded
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- Pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 8 c. shredded cabbage
- Mix Jello with boiling water till dissolved.
- Add in cool water using 1/2 c. lemon juice and pineapple juice and adding water to make 1 qt cool liquid.
- When cold add in vegetables, salt and pineapple.
- Refrigeratetill hard and cut in squares.
