Asian Slaw
- 1 Chinese cabbage (wombok), trimmed and shredded
- 4 spring onions, diagonally sliced
- 1/3 cup shredded mint
- 1/3 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Coleslaw Dressing
- 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 mangoes, peeled and sliced Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- roasted peanuts, roughly chopped, for garnish
- toasted flaked coconut, for garnish
- PLACE cabbage, spring onions and herbs in a salad bowl.
- COMBINE the dressing and chill.
- Mix through salad with the mango to combine then sprinkle with peanuts and coconut.
- Serve immediately.
