Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups milk
- 1 12 cups Velveeta cheese
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 12 tablespoon butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package frozen broccoli, thawed
- 4 -6 ounces fine noodles
- salt and pepper
- Saute onion in butter for 2-3 mins over medium heat until clear.
- Add broth and bring to boil.
- Add noodles and cook 8 mins or so, don't overcook!
- Add milk and broccoli.
- Add cheese and melt
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve right away or it will get too thick.
- If it does get thick, add more milk.
