Broccoli Cheese Soup

  1. Saute onion in butter for 2-3 mins over medium heat until clear.
  2. Add broth and bring to boil.
  3. Add noodles and cook 8 mins or so, don't overcook!
  4. Add milk and broccoli.
  5. Add cheese and melt
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve right away or it will get too thick.
  8. If it does get thick, add more milk.
