Easy Double chocolate muffins!
- 200 grams self raising flower
- 30 grams cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 120 grams caster sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 100 grams butter
- 200 ml milk
- 75 grams milk chocolate
- 75 grams white chocolate
- 10 muffin cases
- 60 grams melted milk chocolate
- 1 icing sugar
- 1 edible glitter
- preheat the oven to 200C
- sieve flower, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon and add butter to a large bowl
- stir in chocolate
- whisk eggs in a separate bowl and slowly stir in the milk, oncertainly whisked add this to your large bowl with the other ingredients
- fill your tray with muffin or large cupcake cases, then divide the mixture between them, filling th 3 quarters full
- bake in the preheated oven for around 20 munutes, or until risen and springy
- leave to cool before adding your topping
- melt chocolate and pour on your muffins and let dry
- next dust over some icing sugar/edible glitter
