Fresh Tomato Basil Tart

  1. Spread pie crust in 10-inch tart pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 400u0b0. Evenly brush mustard over the bottom of pastry.
  3. Top the mustard with all the Mozzarella slices, covering the bottom.
  4. Starting at the outer edge of shell, make a layered overlapping row of tomato slices.
  5. Make a second row and continue until top is covered. Sprinkle herbs and garlic evenly over top.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle oil evenly on top.
  8. Put tart on baking sheet and bake at 400u0b0 for 40 minutes.
