Simple and Easy Banana Cream Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together flour and 2 T. sugar.
  3. Stir in melted butter until mixture forms a ball.
  4. Spread in bottom of a 13x9x2-inch pan.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. (Do not overbake or your crust will be hard.)
  7. Cool crust for 30 minutes.
  8. Slice bananas and arrange over cool crust.
  9. In a small bowl, combine 6 T. sugar and ground cinnamon.
  10. Sprinkle over bananas.
  11. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  12. Slowly mix in 1 c. of milk.
  13. Add instant vanilla pudding, remaining 2 c. of milk, and 1 t. vanilla.
  14. Mix until combined (mixture will not be smooth).
  15. Carefully pour over bananas.
  16. Carefully fold 1 t. vanilla into Cool Whip.
  17. Spread evenly over pudding mixture.
  18. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
