Budget-Friendly Mock Chili Prawns with Okara

  1. Put the okara, katakuriko, tofu, and dashi stock into a bowl and knead until it's as soft as your earlobes.
  2. Mold the mixture into bite-sized flat patties.
  3. Poke a hole in the center to form a donut shape.
  4. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry both sides of the dumplings until golden.
  5. After they are browned, remove them from the frying pan.
  6. Saute the minced onion in the frying pan.
  7. Put the dumplings back into the pan and add the ingredients.
  8. Mix everything together to finish.
