Chocolate & Ricotta-Filled Pears

  1. Beat first 4 ingredients in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  2. Stir in morsels and zest.
  3. Cut small piece from round side of each pear half so pear lies flat.
  4. Brush outside of pears with juice.
  5. Place each pear half on serving plate.
  6. Spoon ricotta mixture evenly onto tops of pears.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts.
