Grilled Steak with Parsley-Parmesan Salad
- 1 lb. (450 g) beef grilling steak, top sirloin
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
- 2 cups loosely packed Italian parsley
- 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, brush steak with 2 Tbsp.
- dressing.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Grill steak 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
- Remove from barbecue; cover.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile, combine parsley, cheese, lemon juice and remaining dressing.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Place on serving plate; top with parsley mixture.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
