Grilled Steak with Parsley-Parmesan Salad

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Meanwhile, brush steak with 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing.
  4. Refrigerate 15 min.
  5. Grill steak 4 to 5 min.
  6. on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
  7. Remove from barbecue; cover.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. Meanwhile, combine parsley, cheese, lemon juice and remaining dressing.
  10. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  11. Place on serving plate; top with parsley mixture.
  12. Serve with lemon wedges.
