Pepper steak in a crock pot

  1. Cut up bell peppers into strips
  2. Mix season salt with flour
  3. Coat meat in flour and heat oil in skillet
  4. Add meat and minced garlic and bell peppers and fry till meat is a little browned.
  5. Do not cook through.
  6. Using a spoon with holes take out meat and peppers and move to a lined slow cooker, leaving oil in the pan.
  7. Add stewed tomatoes with the juice and 1 can of beef broth to the oil.
  8. Add enough flour to create a gravy while constantly stirring
  9. Pour gravy mixture into crock pot over the meat.
  10. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
  11. Serve over a bed of rice or noodles.
  12. Your choice
  13. Enjoy
