Citrus Coconut Breading
- 2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 whole Lime, Zest And Juice
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 whole Orange, Zest And Juice
- In a bowl, combine panko, coconut, ginger, garlic, lime, lemon and orange zests with their juices.
- Spread coconut mixture on a sheet pan and let it dry, about an hour or more.
- Use this breading for any meat dish of your choice: chicken breasts, chicken tenders, fish, boneless pork loins, fish, etc.
