Mock Danish

• 2 ounces cream cheese (soften in microwave)
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
• 1 teaspoon lemon concentrate
• 12 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix softened cream cheese and egg.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
