Citrus-Herb Red Potatoes
- 3 lb red potatoes (size B)
- 3/4 oz rosemary; minced
- 1/2 bunch parsley; minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp thyme; minced
- 1 orange; zested
- 1 lemon; zested
- 1 stick butter; melted
- 1 pinch salt and peppercorn melange
- Cover potatoes with cold water.
- Add salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook until potatoes are easily pierced with a paring knife.
- Drain.
- Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
- Add butter, herbs, dried spices, and citrus zest.
- Toss.
- Add honey.
- Toss.
- Serve.
