Citrus-Herb Red Potatoes

  1. Cover potatoes with cold water.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cook until potatoes are easily pierced with a paring knife.
  5. Drain.
  6. Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  7. Add butter, herbs, dried spices, and citrus zest.
  8. Toss.
  9. Add honey.
  10. Toss.
  11. Serve.
