Gouda Gravy
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Flour Or Pamela's Baking Mix For Gluten Free
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Gouda Cheese
- Salt And Pepper
- Start by melting the butter in a sauce pan.
- Once the butter is melted, add the flour or flour mix.
- Whisk for about 1 minute.
- Add the milk and bring to a boil.
- Add the cheese and stir.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or meat!
