Gouda Gravy

  1. Start by melting the butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add the flour or flour mix.
  3. Whisk for about 1 minute.
  4. Add the milk and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the cheese and stir.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over mashed potatoes or meat!
