Boiled Shrimp
- 3 cups fish stock
- 2 bay leaves
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon cayenne
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 12 lbs medium shrimp, unpeeled
- Bring stock and seasonings to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Turn heat to high, add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
- Immediately drain shrimp amd refrigerate.
- When cool peel and chill well.
