Boiled Shrimp

  1. Bring stock and seasonings to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Turn heat to high, add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Immediately drain shrimp amd refrigerate.
  4. When cool peel and chill well.
