Greek Salad

  1. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
  2. Place lettuce, romaine, radishes, cucumber and green onions in large plastic bag.
  3. Shake oil, vinegar, salt and oregano in tightly covered jar; refrigerate.
  4. Before serving, shake dressing, then add olives to vegetables in bag.
  5. Close tightly and shake until ingredients are well coated.
  6. Pour salad into large bowl; top with cheese.
  7. Add anchovies, if desired.
