Strawberries and Cream Cake
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as directed on your cake mix)
- 1 13 cups water (or as directed on your cake mix)
- 13 cup oil (or as directed on your cake mix)
- 1 (21 ounce) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 pint heavy cream
- Bake cake as directed.
- Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream until thick.
- Take a little less than half the mixture and mix it with the strawberry filling.
- Cut the cake in half.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the middle and place the top on.
- Frost the cake with the remaining cream.
