Pork Chops with Glazed Peppers

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chops; sprinkle with black pepper.
  3. Cook 5 min.
  4. on each side or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  5. Transfer chops to platter, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
  6. Add bell peppers and onions to skillet; cook 5 to 6 min.
  7. or until peppers are crisp-tender and onions are heated through, stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in vinegar and honey; cook 1 min.
  9. or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.
  10. Spoon over chops.
