Our Favorite Chicken

  1. In large skillet (with lid), over medium-high heat, melt butter.
  2. Cook garlic in melted butter for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken and brown 3 to 4 minutes each side.
  4. Meanwhile, mix rest of ingredients in a bowl.
  5. When chicken is browned, add soup/cheese/wine mixture.
  6. Lower heat to meduim-low.
  7. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. This is delicious served with egg noodles and brocolli.
