California Creamy Potatoes

• 1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 8), very thinly sliced King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 1 cup shredded CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
3. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
4. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
5. Bake 55 min.
6. or until potatoes are tender.
7. Sprinkle with chives.
