California Creamy Potatoes
- 1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 8), very thinly sliced King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 1 cup shredded CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add potatoes; toss to coat.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
- Bake 55 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle with chives.
