Apple 'n' Spice Muffins

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 155 g cooked apples
• 90 g butter
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 13 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 14 cups self-raising flour
• 34 cup wholemeal self-rising flour
• 1 teaspoon ground mixed spice
• 12 cup milk

1. 1 preheat oven to 180.
2. 2 spray muffin tin with oil.
