Fat-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla until well mixed.
  5. Add raisins. (Batter will be stiff.)
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
  7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until firm.
  8. Do not overbake.
  9. Remove; cool on wire rack.
  10. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. Preparation time:
  11. 20 minutes.
  12. Each cookie provides:
  13. 0 grams fat; 0 mg. cholesterol; 60 calories; 1 gram protein; 65 mg. sodium and 13 grams carbohydrates.
