Italian French Bread Pizza
- 1 loaf (Small) Kalamata Olive Bread
- 1 cup Pesto
- 1/2 cups Mediterranean Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cups Kalamata Olives, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Medium Tomato, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
- 1/4 cups Basil, Julienned
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice bread in half and place on baking sheet.
- Spread pesto evenly on both slices, then add feta cheese, olives, artichokes, and tomatoes.
- Top with mozzarella cheese then bake until cheese is melted and bread is toasted, about 10 minutes.
- Remove and top with basil.
- Return to oven for another 1-2 minutes then remove and top with lemon juice.
- Enjoy!
