Crab Rangoon

  1. Combine crab meat,cream cheese, steak sauce and garlic powder in a medium bowl.
  2. Blend into a paste.
  3. Place a heaping teaspoonful on each wonton wrapper.
  4. Moisten edges of wrappers with egg yolk.
  5. Gather the 4 corners together at top.
  6. Pinch to seal.
  7. Heat oil to 375F.
  8. Add wontons in batches.
  9. Fry for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove with a slotted spoon.
  11. Drain on paper towels.
