Pineapple Raisin Sauce To Serve With Ham Recipe

• 2/3 c. raisins
• 2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 1 tbsp. cornstarch
• Dash of powdered cloves
• 1 tbsp. butter

1. Rinse and drain raisins.
2. Simmer in pineapple juice for 5 min.
3. Combine sugar, cornstarch and cloves.
4. Mix well and stir into pineapple juice.
5. Cook, stirring till clear and thick.
6. Blend into butter.
7. Serve warm with ham.
