Herbed Turkey Roast Recipe

  1. Mix wine, salt, pepper, sage and thyme and pour over roast.
  2. Bake turkey roast as directed on package.
  3. Baste occasionally.
  4. Remove roast from pan; keep hot.
  5. Skim fat from broth.
  6. Return 1 c. broth to roasting pan.
  7. In covered jar, shake water and flour; stir slowly into broth in pan.
  8. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  9. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  10. Serve gravy with turkey.
  11. 8 servings (395 calories each serving without gravy.)
