Pork Chow Mein for One

  1. In pan, heat oil; cook pork chop until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Take out of pan.
  3. In pan, add celery and peppers.
  4. Saute peppers and celery until tender.
  5. Add mushrooms.
  6. Add Chinese vegetables and pork chop.
  7. In a bowl mix with whisk cornstarch, soy sauce, molasses, and 1/2 cup water till dissolved well; add to pan.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste (can add 2 teaspoons dried red chilies, optional).
  9. Serve on warm rice.
