Golden Raisin Aged Cheddar Ramen

  1. Place 1 packet Ramen and 2 cups water in a microwave safe container.
  2. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes depending on microwave or until noodles are desired tenderness.
  3. Depending on how hot you like your soup, how strong and soupy, you can drain the noodles and add cooler water.
  4. Usually this is about 1-2 cups water.
  5. Don't make it too cold or the cheese will not melt right.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  7. Side note: If you are like me and don't like it too hot or too soupy, but this makes it too strong, don't use the entire seasoning packet.
  8. Same advice if you find it is too salty.
  9. You can even replace with a small piece of bullion.

ramen noodles, water, packet, water, parmesan cheese, aged white cheddar cheese, golden raisin, tabasco sauce
