Pasta with Kale, Ham and Parmesan
- 220 g tagliatelle pasta, uncooked
- 8 cups chopped stemmed kale leaves
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cloves garlic. minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1-1/4 cups chopped ham
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- Cook pasta, in Dutch oven, as directed on package, omitting salt and stirring kale into the boiling water for the last 2-1/2 min.
- Drain in colander, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
- Add onions, garlic and dressing to Dutch oven; cook on medium heat 5 min., stirring frequently.
- Add ham and reserved cooking water; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Add pasta mixture; mix well.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese.
