Chocolate Chess Pies Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1 lg. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 lg. can Pet lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 6 ounce. coconut
- Mix sugar and flour, then mix Large eggs, syrup, butter, lowfat milk, vanilla, and salt.
- Add in coconut and pecans, pour into pie shells.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till middle of pie does not shake.
- Do not over cook.
- These pies freeze well.
- Makes 3 pies.
